Jermaine and Racquel were patient,friendly,and quite knowledgeable about my home's energy needs,took the time to EDUCATE me about the system and worked with my financier and met their requirements as well.They earned my trust and kept true to their commitment. Our central air went down last week during the hot weather. Air Done Right was available to check our old unit and see if they could fix it within 24 hours. They provided a great assessment; I know how to do most of this work myself, and these guys know what they're doing in terms of testing and troubleshooting. Our unit was old and needed to be replaced due to a bad compressor; they lined us up with several options quickly, at a fair price, and scheduled the work for a few days later. I got my boiler cleaned today and had a very positive experience. Jason was great, called to give me an ETA, he was very friendly and efficient and I’m very pleased with the work that was done.
