AJM Mechanical was courteous, friendly, and accommodating from the first phone call, to the first consultation, to the end of the job. The entire process felt easy and effortless. We had a 36,000 BTU Ductless AC/Heat pump Daikin system installed with four mini-splits throughout the house. Heat stopped working. Called AJM with a furnace repair need on a Sunday morning. They promptly responded to confirm they had manpower available and immediately scheduled an HVAC technician to investigate the issue and repair the unit. Anthony showed up an hour later all the while being in communication via text on his ETA. He was polite and knowledgeable and was great with my dog. Anthony and his crew are the best. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. They know their stuff and are efficient and reliable. And they stand behind their work, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. I wouldn't have anyone else touch my system.

AJM Fixed my heating unit. Anthony did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Explained the issue with my system fixed the unit and actually showed me the parts that were bad and what he replaced. Will definitely use them in the future. Anthony was Very nice and professional. Thank you.
