Heat stopped working. Called AJM with a furnace repair need on a Sunday morning. They promptly responded to confirm they had manpower available and immediately scheduled an HVAC technician to investigate the issue and repair the unit. Anthony showed up an hour later all the while being in communication via text on his ETA. He was polite and knowledgeable and was great with my dog. AJM Fixed my heating unit. Anthony did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Explained the issue with my system fixed the unit and actually showed me the parts that were bad and what he replaced. Will definitely use them in the future. Anthony was Very nice and professional. Thank you.
AJM Mechanical was courteous, friendly, and accommodating from the first phone call, to the first consultation, to the end of the job. The entire process felt easy and effortless. First time out AJM rushed a fix up job on my heater/boiler without checking if everything inside was cleaned out , despite being asked to , two weeks later had a carbon monoxide scare at 4AM and needed to evacuate my family out of my house. Charged a lot of money to not properly assess if everything was safe for me and my family. After the fact at least they sent a new worker out to clean out and check on everything at no charge.
