Alex was prompt and responsive, and he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the maintenance results, making sure I clearly understood any recommended next steps. I 100% recommend this company. Alex in particular was exceptional at servicing our HVAC unit. Alex was extremely detailed and informative. I appreciate the time he took to explain how the unit works, what was needed and why, as well as presenting multiple options for resolution without any pressure. With my new found knowledge, I feel like a technician...just kidding, but I did learn a lot. This will be my go to company if I ever run into anymore issues!

Thank God for Gene with AirLife! It's 83 degrees out (feels like 87) today and my AC busted shortly after having my heater replaced a fe weeks ago. The contractor I had before AirLife said that I had a short in my system and that it would take a while to find and fix. But then I contacted AirLife, and Gene with AirLife found the short almost immediately, fixed it, and replaced both of my transformers which were getting blown due to the short.
