I found Alex on Thumbtack after looking at his many great reviews. I message him on a Sunday and he responded immediately. He came by to look at my boiler the next day and recommended me to replace my boiler, after he saw that my boiler was from 1972. He was very transparent by saying that he can replace the pressure pump (my pressure pump was bad and not pushing water to the radiators in my back room) but being that the boiler is over 50 years old that replacing the boiler will make the most sense. I had such a good experience (and this was my first time ver using Thumbtack). Alex was right on time, extremely communicative, and wore a mask to reduce the chance of COVID which i so appreciated. Within 15 minutes, the problem had been identified and fixed, including a tutorial of what to do if it happens next time. I would happily book them again.

My heat wouldn’t come on, he came out diagnosed fixed and everything is in working order.
