I had such a good experience (and this was my first time ver using Thumbtack). Alex was right on time, extremely communicative, and wore a mask to reduce the chance of COVID which i so appreciated. Within 15 minutes, the problem had been identified and fixed, including a tutorial of what to do if it happens next time. I would happily book them again.
