Today James completed repairs on our microwave and refrigerator, which he had diagnosed last week. He made a new appointment as soon as the necessary parts came in. He was very knowledgeable about our brand of refrigerator and knew just what was needed. In fact, he gave us all the data we needed to send for a rebate from the manufacturer because the necessary part had been recalled. Customer service was excellent. My appointment was made for next day. Communication from start to finish was exceptional. Technician was on time, polite and professional. I highly recommend.
Tech was very efficient and informative. The end result was i weighed the repair cost against the washers age and getting a new. A new one seemed the best option.

They repaired my dryer on a Saturday! But it had a noise. It didn't seem too bad but ended up getting to me when I was using it for awhile. So I called they came out again quickly and Mike was determined and found the problem. They are polite and professional.
