In the 1960’s, our service area was limited to Philadelphia. Today, our service area includes all towns in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and Chester County.

Today James completed repairs on our microwave and refrigerator, which he had diagnosed last week. He made a new appointment as soon as the necessary parts came in. He was very knowledgeable about our brand of refrigerator and knew just what was needed. In fact, he gave us all the data we needed to send for a rebate from the manufacturer because the necessary part had been recalled. He also moved out the fridge to clean behind it, as that is difficult for us to do. James is polite, kind and did a great job. We will definitely ask for him again if we have future troubles. Greg was at my home today to replace igniter in my oven and to perform a routine cleaning of the dryer ventIlation system. While here, Greg was courteous and professional. He explained everything he planned to do beforehand and outlined all of the costs involved. He showed me how the proper operation of the igniter should work. I was very satisfied with his work and knowledge of the appliances and would recommend using Appliance Doctor for any of your needed repairs. I plan to use them again if needed in the future.
