We needed a plumber that could work with us to complete a multifaceted renovation project in one day, in a small space with two other trades involved. The estimate came in at a fair price, the communication with the company was excellent and the two technicians (who showed up on time) tag teamed to work with, and around, the carpenter and painter, who also were trying to get everything done in a day. I had an excellent experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing for my water heater replacement. They were not only the most affordable option I found, but also incredibly quick and professional. They scheduled me for the same day and completed the entire replacement in just about 3 hours. We used Bill Frusco plumbing and heating because his foreman JR came to do the estimate he was so thorough and knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable about doing the work to replace the lead line water replacement. The team that came the day of the job were extremely carefully of our home and did everything to work neat and protect our floors etc. The work was done professionally and quickly. Luis and Marcus were both extremely polite, professional and on time. They both worked diligently, and did a wonderful job with the installation of our new Crown boiler. Luis made sure to check the punch list with me concerning a thermostat, and made the necessary adjustments to make sure the job was complete. They quickly cleaned up after the installation. Second time needing Bill Frusco Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We Called in the morning (They very nice on the phone). They told us someone would be out today. I received an email with in a few hours on who was coming out. He arrived a few minutes later. He checked for a leak under the sink. He found it quickly. It was the hot water valve.
