My water heater went out last night and as you can see in the picture there was water already forming at the bottom. This would’ve been a disaster if it had gone on for longer but lucky I caught it in time. The bad part was that it’s 20 degrees out so I needed hot water right away. I was recommended by a friend to call Bill Frusco and was so glad I did. We had an issue with our furnance that required a replacement part. Grayson ordered the part needed to fix the issue and was very knowledgeable. He also explained the problem and made sure all my questions were answered. Excellent service, greatly appreciated.

I was relieved to have Luis come back to repair my boiler and a radium one of my bedrooms. Initially Luis came but we had to reschedule so it was nice considering he already knew what needed to be done. I never had a boiler in my previous home and Luis was thorough in explaining to me the required maintenance along with bringing my attention to anything while making the replacements and repairs. We needed a plumber that could work with us to complete a multifaceted renovation project in one day, in a small space with two other trades involved. The estimate came in at a fair price, the communication with the company was excellent and the two technicians (who showed up on time) tag teamed to work with, and around, the carpenter and painter, who also were trying to get everything done in a day. Marcus was very helpful! He was able to reset our boiler and give us good tips on maintenance. He was also able to give us a great discount which was such a blessing because money had been tight! He was really great with my son too who kept following him around asking him questions, he was patient with him which i really appreciated! He was knowledgeable in what he was doing.
