Brandon Frusco and Luis are the cream of the crop in professionalism and punctuality. They are also extremely knowledgeable. I am an Engineer and I can tell when someone does or doesn’t know their stuff and these guys definitely knew their stuff. They fixed my hydronic boiler heating system. Amir came in and fixed our heat in a jiffy! Thanks, Amir. We’ve also used Bill Frusco in the past to install mini split air conditioning, a new heater and a new boiler. We've also dealt with Brendan Frusco who is the most honest and knowledgeable plumber we’ve ever encountered. We definitely recommend Bill Frusco for all your heating and air conditioning!

Communication was great, they kept in touch to let me know appointment was confirmed and when they were on their way. They had to move an outside sewer stack inside and handled the job quickly and cleanly. They were very professional and friendly, and honestly I was surprised at how decent the job looked when it was finished given that they had to bust through a wall and drywall from the outside then route a pipe through a floor. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was given two estimates for suggested repairs. I was able to schedule the repairs within days. John explained the repair options, price differences and didn’t pressure me to get additional work done that was optional. He was friendly and his work was neat. I would use them again based on this experience.

The level of service I received from this company was next level. As a senior it can be frightening dealing with contractors as we tend to be taken advantage of, but not with Frusco. My family and I had no heat during some of the coldest days and they came through and assessed the issue and had heat in our home by the end of the week. Before each visit I was sent a photo of the person coming to my home which made me feel safe and they made sure to explain things in a way that I could understand and appreciate.
