We used Bill Frusco plumbing and heating because his foreman JR came to do the estimate he was so thorough and knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable about doing the work to replace the lead line water replacement. The team that came the day of the job were extremely carefully of our home and did everything to work neat and protect our floors etc. The work was done professionally and quickly. Superb service and reasonable prices! We highly recommend Bill Frusco. Our technician, Brendan, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Since we recently moved into our house, this was our first HVAC service, and Brendan easily answered all of my questions about our system and gave us some great maintenance tips. We’re very happy with the quality of service.

Found a leaky valve in my basement and called Bill Frusco. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was helpful and pleasant. They sent Jack and Kevin right out to take care of the issue and they did a magnificent job in a very short time. That pleased me and my dogs.

Super fast, nice, and professional. Was very happy with the experience and will use them again. Pricing was comparable to others in the area. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Most importantly the services was GREAT and they stand by their work which carries a lot of weight!

Called on a Saturday afternoon for an issue with my water heater. They were responsive and the technician Jeff was at my house within 30 minutes. He was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Resolved the issue quickly. Communication was great, technician was wonderful and pricing was very reasonable, less than I expected for a Saturday service. I will definitely use them again.
