My water heater went out last night and as you can see in the picture there was water already forming at the bottom. This would’ve been a disaster if it had gone on for longer but lucky I caught it in time. The bad part was that it’s 20 degrees out so I needed hot water right away. I was recommended by a friend to call Bill Frusco and was so glad I did. Since my first contact with them everything has been flawless! Kelly & Molly were amazing with scheduling and answering any questions I had (there were quite a few!) They've clearly been doing this a long time! Bill showed up with a big smile and reassured us and was very informative and helpful! We needed a plumber that could work with us to complete a multifaceted renovation project in one day, in a small space with two other trades involved. The estimate came in at a fair price, the communication with the company was excellent and the two technicians (who showed up on time) tag teamed to work with, and around, the carpenter and painter, who also were trying to get everything done in a day. When our very old boiler failed on the first cold snap of the season, they ordered a new one and had it delivered and installed with the old one hauled away inside of 3 business days. Grayson and Marcus were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked diligently all day while being respectful of the kids and family in the house.
