My water heater went out last night and as you can see in the picture there was water already forming at the bottom. This would’ve been a disaster if it had gone on for longer but lucky I caught it in time. The bad part was that it’s 20 degrees out so I needed hot water right away. I was recommended by a friend to call Bill Frusco and was so glad I did. We had an issue with our furnance that required a replacement part. Grayson ordered the part needed to fix the issue and was very knowledgeable. He also explained the problem and made sure all my questions were answered. Excellent service, greatly appreciated.

I was relieved to have Luis come back to repair my boiler and a radium one of my bedrooms. Initially Luis came but we had to reschedule so it was nice considering he already knew what needed to be done. I never had a boiler in my previous home and Luis was thorough in explaining to me the required maintenance along with bringing my attention to anything while making the replacements and repairs. We needed a plumber that could work with us to complete a multifaceted renovation project in one day, in a small space with two other trades involved. The estimate came in at a fair price, the communication with the company was excellent and the two technicians (who showed up on time) tag teamed to work with, and around, the carpenter and painter, who also were trying to get everything done in a day. Mr. Luis and Jim were very professional and polite. He put on boot covers before entering my home—this was the first time I’ve experienced that level of care. While I am not an expert on heating or a/c systems , he answered my repeated questions without hesitation. He also explained in detail options to resolve my situation.
