From the time I called to the estimate took less than a week. Jeff explained the entire estimate to my spouse and the choices in manufactures and the price difference for the building materials. In two weeks from the date of estimate and my signing contract and sending in a deposit the roof was completed in one day . It's about a 1100 sq ft job ( " Levittowner" model home). The gentleman who cam to my house to survey and provide an estimate was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the work that was needed and discussed the different options in a way that allowed me to make an informed decision without being overbearing. His survey and write up were very detailed. When the team came to do the work they were likewise professional, courteous,and very careful. On the aluminum roof coating, they did an excellent job and they did it neatly and fabulously. They were to replace any missing shingles and there were some nails sticking up on the shingles of our garage roof, so they nailed it down, but they didn't go inside of the garage, and look up and check inside, and when I went inside and looked up, I could see there was still a hole that they needed to come out and replace it. They came out and replaced it and it didn't cost me anything for them to come out and do that as well. The... read more
