My AC wasn’t working well…I called my warranty company and they transferred the service call to Cold 1…they called me and kept informed the whole time of when they’ll be out, came on time, fixed everything perfectly, contacted my warranty company and gave me a detailed explanation of the bill and I would just recommend them over and over to everyone who has an issue with their AC Thank you “Angelo Tartaglio” for making my life easier throughout the AC fixing process I really appreciate it 🙂
I called Cold 1 for a second opinion after receiving some conflicting information from another company. Ted came and immediately diagnosed the problem within minutes. He showed me the broken part and reviewed my options in layman’s terms, so it was clear I understood the problem and the repair. My warranty company set me up with them and they were so prompt! they came out and gave me the truth, then a few days later when they had to install a new unit, the two guys who came out were professional and quick! They even wore booties in my home.
From beginning to end Cold 1 Services did a great job. Quickly having a technician come to diagnose the problem with the AC while working around our schedule was absolutely wonderful.
