When Ted and Cold 1 starting serving our customers we began receiving calls most everyday and they weren’t what we had become accustomed too! Fair and honest he treated everyone as his own, often making the needed repairs knowing that payment was in question. My Dad who is elderly and lives alone woke up to no heat this morning. There was no doubt that I would call Cold 1 but I never thought they would be able to get to him so quickly. Within minutes Rob called my Dad and even called me to tell me he spoke with my Dad and that he would be there this morning. Within an hour, he was there and it was fixed. Absolutely stellar service. They received my service call on a Friday and he was out on Monday. They had my part already so my heating problem was fixed in a matter of 20 minutes. Had a heater issue.... called my home warranty company who told me a technician would be out tomorrow, I advised that I was without heat since last night. He again said they couldn't get someone out until tomorrow. I Called Cold 1 Services with my emergency, and spoke to Rob. He was friendly and courteous. I explained my situation and said he will be out to my home in the afternoon. True to his word he was at my home by 12:30 and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company. I just want to thank Teddy for fixing my oil heater. It was in pretty bad shape. One thing after another. I never had anyone work that hard on it before. And I had to go in hospital for surgery so I was really stressing. Well it's running beautiful. Even with that artic blast. And I'm using alot less oil. You were worth every cent and I'll see you in fall for a checkup.
