Used DGR for the first time this past weekend. Entire experience was smooth from the dispatch/scheduling to the driver calling to ensure they dropped it in the right spot. Was dropped off and picked up at the times promised. And the tracking app was a very nice feature to be able to place a dumpster on the map where you want it. Very modernized operation. We will continue to use them for all future projects!
Communication was fire, had the dumpster literally 24 hours after calling, the drivers didnt complain once about the hill leading into my parking lot. 10/10 would recommend for any container services (i'll be back for another!)
Deliver dumpster on time and professional. Very professional about about how it was put on driveway. I did got over the ton amount and the extra charge was explained prior to delivery. I recently ordered a dumpster from Geppert Recycling to haul away 30 tons of dirt from an excavation project in Northeast Philly, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Pricing was clear and straightforward, and the people were easy to deal with throughout the process. However, I ended up receiving a ticket from the City of Philadelphia because there was no tarp/net covering the dumpster even though the dumpster was in my driveway. I feel the company should either ensure dumpsters are properly covered or make customers clearly aware of the requirements ahead of time. Overall, decent customer service and pricing, but this issue cost me extra money and was frustrating.
