I recently ordered a dumpster from Geppert Recycling to haul away 30 tons of dirt from an excavation project in Northeast Philly, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Geppert is absolutely top tier! I rented two dumpsters—one from Geppert and one from a competitor—and the difference was night and day. Geppert’s dumpster was twice the size for the same price, and their customer service was outstanding. They guided me through every step of the process and truly made me feel valued, not like an inconvenience (which is exactly how the other company made me feel). From start to finish, Geppert went above and beyond—I wouldn’t rent from anyone else.
Geppert has some of the best customer service I’ve seen in the trash removal and disposal industry in my 33 years of being in the Roofing business. They have great equipment and will always look to make my life easier on the job site. A huge shout out to Joe, Dave, Bruno, and all the other excellent employees.
