Thank you nick (man is a god sent) for solving this issue, with the compensation deserved. On January 3rd, 2024, a subcontractor for Goodman came out and dropped off my air conditioner and furnace that would be installed the next business day. The subcontractor left my gate unlatched due to negligence when he left after I did and my dogs got out, mind you there are signs posted on the gate that state to please shut and latch the gate to keep my dogs and children safe. I had to reinstall a gas line and the technician properly diagnosed the errors. The original company had made an error installing it, and he replaced it with the proper piping and then proceeded to Reinstall it. He was meticulous in detail, focused on safety, and with a great disposition and attitude. These folks are my go to company for any plumbing related projects. A big A+.

I don’t think I can say enough about Zach Conrad! Promptly arrived for service call, which was extremely important to me because I had to take off of work to have repairs made. Courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the work to me in layman’s terms which was amazing! Extremely clean and proper. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to Zach and the Goodman plumbing family. I will absolutely refer him to friends and family.

We had George install a new two handle tub and shower faucet for us. He had to move our dryer to gain access and install a 19"x14" access panel. He did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing done in their home.
