I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Green Heating and Cooling. I used them because of the coupon but the service was so great, I will use them in the future coupon or no coupon. They responded to all my questions, performed the service requested and went above and beyond to check gas lines and help with my thermostat (who understands those things?). The lead technician was so courteous. Will definitely have them again when it's AC time!
Heater inspected
I initially purchased a $59 "Big Deal" for a furnace inspection, tune-up, and cleaning, on 10/24/15. It took until 10/30 before anyone contacted me to schedule the first appointment. I scheduled for 11/6/15. My furnace had not been working at the end of the previous winter (the pilot light would not stay on), so I had completely turned off the gas. They Cleaned out our air conditioner, squirrels nest in there. Cheecked the heater and checked for Carbon Monoxide leaks. Nice guy. Explained a lot about our system and cleaned the nest out without even telling us it was there. He just did what needed to be done.
