Green went above and beyond what was necessary, even returning the next day to put in a new filter. Green came out the day after my air conditioner stopped working. They performed a diagnostic test and gave me an honest opinion about my options. I chose to buy a new air conditioner through them, and they were very professional in their installation.

Very good service and were on time. Both nice,knowledgeable and courteous craftsman.Provided estimate for other job we need done. They thoroughly checked both of our air conditioning systems ,calibrated the pressure,changed all the filter and put the door back on our lower unit.

This team is very professional, courteous, and exceptional. They first came out to refill our A/C unit, as we had no coolant. During this visit, they also started a leak test. It was too hot to fill the A/C completely so they returned the next morning (early) and did it with no hassle. Several weeks later, they returned and determined we had 3 leaks in our inside coil and worked with the manufacturer to get the new part under warranty. I purchased a coupon for a furnace/AC inspection and cleaning. In speaking to the company, I was told that the system had to be in good working order to perform the services. Since the system was not working properly, I was advised to purchasea diagnostic service couponat the cost of $29.They would thencome out to see what needed to be done to the system. I can not say enough about how much we appreciated Green's services. They arrived promptly fitting us in the morning that we called to determine what was going on with the air conditioning unit. They gave us a two hour window...unlike the 4 hour window that we had experienced previously with another provider (but that's another story).
