The service was very good. They came out on time when they said they were going to be here. My husband was here and he was very pleased with the service that they did. They did offer some other things with their service that were not necessarily part of the $59 Deal. My husband took some of the options they offered and he passed on some other ones and stuff. The appointment was very easy to schedule. They had available times and was able to schedule an appt of my choosing. I was able to buy an additional deal to use for my two AC units inspection/tune-up at the same time. Appreciated that flexibility. The service person came and was informative. He mostly did inspections of the AC units and meter reading. From a tune-up perspective, used a spray to clean/wash the coils on the AC unit. Nothing too complicated. Inspection/Tune-up of AC Unit

We just purchased a home and wanted to get the A/C inspected to make sure it was operating at peak efficiency. We purchased an Angie's List deal for a multi-point A/C inspection for $49 from Green Heating and Cooling. It took a few days to get the appointment scheduled, but otherwise everything went great. It went fine. He found a problem with the air conditioning unit and we thought it should be replaced. He was timely and courteous and explained everything to me that he was doing. We could not afford the part at the time. My only concern was that he did not check out the blower but only the unit. We used Green Heating Cooling & Electric to inspect the heating and air conditioning unit.

These guys were all very professional, I needed to finance the repairs and they came to my workplace so I could sign off on the documents. There was a global recall on one of the internal parts in my outside unit and they were very responsive. This was a free repair but they made it a priority to come out. I would definitely use them again and recommend. I had an existing A/C cental unit that was at the end of its life. I needed a new system.

Gerti was terrific. Really terrific. I wanted to have my rental property's HVAC serviced as the system is old and we have new tenants moving in. Gerti was very professional,courteous, patient and thorough. He explained the condition of the system, gave me ideas on how to best prolong its life (it's all about the regular filter changes) and didn't try to sell me something new before I need it...though he did suggest that we start budgeting for replacement as its lifespan probably is limited. I went on line to do a goggle search and there was my minneapolis honeywell model q539a 1147 for the price $24.95 I know we must pay for technial service but think that was a little high I talked directly to the ceo on 7-14-2015 and we came to an amical agreement because as well as doing a tuneup his tech. did a service job.I am perfectly satisfied with the work performed.
