The technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival was very professional and explained everything as he did it. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and confident that he provided excellent service. He also left me a very very professional looking brochure about his company and the services that they provide. serviced my air conditioning system
It's fine. I was satisfied with the work. They checked all the outside and the furnaces.
Generally well done. They return calls promptly and were on time. The technician was vey knowledgable. He did leave muddy footprints on my floors but my unit outside was in some mud. I was happy with their service and would use them again. Performed an AC check and tune up. Did a good job and pointed out an installation problem with my unit which was quite helpful.
I am very pleased with the service provided by Green Heating & Cooling. The repair man allowed me to ask as many questions as I had about the proposed repairs and scheduled the work to be completed immediately. He explained the pros/cons of conducting all the work right away -- versus holding off until the motor completely stopped, which I really appreciated. I was having trouble with the ac system freezing up, so I purchased their special ac tune up/inspection deal for $60. Easy to make an appointment, and only took a few days to have the inspection done. Technician Al did the inspection. Very nice guy, polite and professional. Checked out the system - problem was basically filter issue and low on refrigerant. Needed to add R22 to the system, and I thought it was kind of expensive at $400, but since they are phasing the material out, apparently it's much more expensive than it u... read more
