They were very attentive, and explained what they were doing as they went. I appreciated how quickly they would respond to my calls when the unit would break down again since it was during winter. They would usually show up later that day, or the next day or two if it wasn't an emergency. We ultimately had to replace our unit since they couldn't get it working again. I think it was good, I just can't remember now, but everything was good. I think he suggested that I do some stuff on my own and save some money. I would use this provider in the future. I used Green Heating Cooling & Electric Big Deal purchase in September 2014. They came in within a week or two after the big deal purchase.

It turned out fine. It was good. I actually did ask for a quote for additional service but I never followed through with that. They provided the service that I was expecting from the initial deal. They came in and did the work that was described. The guy was knowledgeable and professional. I asked him about certain aspects of the heating and air conditioning system. It went good. I would use them again. They came out on time and were professional. They came and checked out our heating system for us. They figured out what was wrong with it, but didn't repair anything at that time.

despite request, did not check relay replaced gas valve
