Friendly and knowledgable. Replaced ignitor.
It's been a while so I've forgotten his name, but he made a Saturday appointment and arrived on time. Cleaned my furnace and cleaned up the mess. He also made some suggestions for an upgrade. I'll definitely call him again. Inspected my furnace. Looked over some other issues and gave me some advice on other issues.
Replaced heat sensor on furnace. Answered call at 10pm, and schedule appointment for next day.

well, the unit is new and is under manufacturer's warranty checked the unit

Everything went well overall. They gave me the wrong thermostat at first but seemed a little reluctant to correct the issue. However the issue was researched and resolved. The correct thermostat was installed.
