He installed the thermostat and gave me a quick lesson on how to program it. Thermostat is easy to program and much better than my old mercury one. Installed new Honeywell programmable thermostat

Gentleman arrived 2 hrs late, (cold winter and someone had Monday morning emergency) so it was conveyed to me the reason and new ballpark time of arrival. Everything was explained and believable, competent people. The man evaluated the integrity and routines analysis of my gas heater as part of an Angie's List special deal. The Rep from Green Electric Heating was originally scheduled to arrive at 12 pm, but because of the bad weather he called in to say that he would be arriving at 2 pm. he arrived exactly at 2 pm, was very professional, wore booties on his shoes as soon as he entered the house. he was very professional and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Overall, I am pleased with the work Green did replacing our HVAC system. The new system, which is made by Bryant, works great, and it has been trouble free since installation over the summer. As part of the install, Green removed our old beast of an oil furnace, oil tank, and 1960's era AC unit. I felt that Gerti gave us honest advice throughout the process and guided us to the right system for our needs. The two men who came to the house did the job quickly & professionally. There were no surprises, and they did a good job. Clean & service boiler, adjust water pressure to radiators, bleed radiators.

I bought a tune up for the AC system as a buy buy through Angie's List. They did this; found I needed coolant. I paid an additional $222 for coolant. I had a problem with the AC cooling the house a few days after they had provided the service. Was a bit worried they created a new problem w that service. We calmly talked about it; the service tech came back. Found a leak. I was then a little angry -- thinking it happened w the service since the AC was working perfectly fine before the visit.
