Through the site, they had a Heater tune-up special for $59. Erion showed up within scheduled time. He explained the work that was to be done prior to starting. The unit was only 2 years old, but felt for the price, why not. He checked it and thought the system was in good shape. He checked the burners and controls for proper operation. The two gentlemen did exactly what I brought them out for. As i told him about the blower continuously running issue he saidit sounds like it might be a shorted board. Sure enough as he goes down and takes a look he finds some wires melted which he showed me. It's nice to see him almost diagnosing the issue w/o looking at the unit. He took out the bad air filter and after the servicing he said everything else was great, however he would recommend at some point changing out that blower seeing as it's bad for the unit to run 2... read more

Came on time. Did tune up on hvac. Checked for carbon monoxide. cleared squirrels nest from unit. Clearly no one had taken care of the unit in some time. He didn't try to sell me a new unit. Just let me know I probably could get a few more years out of it, tho it isn't the most efficient. Was glad not to get a hard sell. Did tune up on air conditioner.

Serviced performed with in window. Quickly but not rushed. Cleaned heater: Changed air filter, vacuumed, sprayed electric contacts, inspected burner flames, checked temp of thermostat.

. Installed a new Bradford White 40 Gallon Water Heater. The first water heater came out of the box damaged/dented. They let me know up front without installing it and then came back the next day with a new one. They updated the turn on/off valve on my gas line feeding the new unit as well as the valves on the hot and cold water pipes.

They did a great job. His first morning job was running long so he called to ask if it was ok to be a little later than planned. He answered all my questions, and didn't try for a hard sell even when I asked if he'd recommend replacing my 31 year old heater - he said it was running just fine, so he'd hold off until there was a problem with it. Serviced my heater. Bought an Angie's List deal for $59.

Arrived on time. Was very courteous & explained the process in detail. Went the extra mile to align the wiring outside of the house and adjust the tubing protecting the wiring. Tune up. Checked fion temp. Output alignment oils & wiring outside of the house. Checked A/C coils.
