Vendor came out as requested and tuned up cooling system. System required some additional coolant

Gerti was very helpful and prompt. When he did the assessment, there was just more work that needed to be done that was not included in the Big Deal. I would consider working with Gerti again in the future. .

. Checked pressures. Cleaned coil. Recommended more frequent cleaning of exterior coils because they're picking up exhaust lint from the dryer. | |Was unable to replace the internal air filter because it's an odd size. Recommended that I leave it out until I can replace it (which I did the next day.)
