Very punctual, did what the big deal I purchased said they would. Showed me areas to be concerned about in the future and recorded all information so if needed in the future they had a baseline to go by. air conditioning tune up

The tech that performed the yearly maintenance was polite, thorough, and straightforward. We were quite pleased. Mr. Tefa identified, fixed, and tested the unit,and showed me how to maintain it myself so the problem wouldn't reoccur. We would hire Green Electric again. We contacted Green Electric Heating and Cooling Service to do yearly maintenance on our air conditioner and that of our tenant. . Did an A/C tuneup and heater service call. Not sure the A/C check is worth it, we could probably clean the filters ourselves and is the rest really necessary? Though it's a gamble, we'll probably start doing it every other. Unlike the propane company who we called SIX MONTHS AGO because we thought our basement smelled and they said we were fine, Green diagnosed and pinpointed the propane leak in minutes. The service tech Al showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my questions. My only gripe was to discover later that day that there was no hot water in the house - found out that the heater had been shut off and he had seemingly forgot to turn it back on. But for this rookie mistake, I recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate contacting them again for any future needs. I had Green Electric scheduled to come in and check our hot water heater leak

On the scheduled day Mr. Tefa himself and two technicians came early in the morining, precisely correct with the time we had previously set. They had all the materials and equipments with them. The technician Keti was very patient in listenning to all of my requests. He was very confident and skilled with the installation proccess. I was very pleased by the quality of their work. They arrived early, did a detailed overview of the ac units, explained the findings and replaced the capacitors. They serviced two AC units and changed two capacitors in the units.

Very professional, polite and punctual. the Big Deal was "great" but since I needed the Freon, I thought that was pricey, but I'm not sure what the going rate is for a shot of Freon . They checked and cleaned my Central Air System, did a diagnostics test and said I needed Freon because I have a leak inside the unit. The Freon cost $243.00 just for that.

I needed a new condenser for my air conditioning system. Home warranty was willing to replace it only with a comparable unit which meant I would get a unit with the old type of freon. It made sense to replace the entire system. I was in the process of getting several estimates from A-rated angie's list contractors and two referred by friends.
