Technician was very polite and knowledge. The time frame kept getting pushed back that I was not happy about. Heater to be checked for hissing sound.

Work was done professionally and gentleman arrived on time and explained the necessary changes. Needed PVC piping and new water hose in heater unit to be replaced.
Suggested that I needed a new furnace (because of the age). I don't remember any suggestions to having my chimney checked for any blockages( of which I have now learned later could be the source of my problem) before purchasing a new gas furnace). He did not spend any time talking about what furnaces they sell or installation prices - which was good because I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything). It was fine, no problems I got a heater tune up
The technician was very nice. He examined the heater, cleaned grill, and vacuumed out inside. Heater ran smooth after that. Recommended waiting few days and see, instead of changing switch that would be expensive to replace. Diagnose heater that was having trouble firing up
Really well. Gave us some pointers on maintenance. We called them back several months later to ask for a replacement part spec for the filters (which we had run out of) and they had taken careful notes; they were able to read us off the numbers we needed. We'll definitely ask them again. Check our HVAC system.
Very well, very professional. AC wasn't working, he find a problem within minutes.
Technician was very prompt and extremely courteous. Spent several minutes explaining to me via telephone the proper repairs required and way to go about fixing issues causing the problems. Had my HVAC system inspected and work to fix estimated.
