it went well. the serviceman was prompt and pleasant. luckily I could afford the repair. so thankful that it occurred yesterday rather than today, when temps are 7 degrees fixed gas heater

They made a painful situation much better. Their kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Not to mentioned their timeliness. They responded faster than local shops, and they are in Philly, while I am in south jersey. They were onsite the same day and this was very important, as this was the coldest weekend of the winter.... Thank you, thank you thank you....for having Greens on your list!!! connected the furnace properly as previous owners had not, replaced damaged curcuit control board and compressor/motor.

Al, the technician arrived late but called in advance about traffic and arrived shortly after the scheduled time. He was very pleasant and got right away to work. Expecting a report that would certainly require us to buy more services, we were pleasantly surprised that he did not other than point out some obvious signs of rust from over condensation from our AC unit. He gave us suggestions on how to distribute heat better in the house and he actually went to every vent in the house and made adjustments which made a big diffe... read more

They gave us a very throughout estimate. The estimate that they gave us was superior to every other estimate. They explained every detail. Their follow up was incredible. They came back the next day, they called us to make sure everything was going well. They did everything they said they were going to do. They followed up with everything and cleaned up after themselves. I was slightly disappointed that they did not replace the thermostat. They replaced our furnace.

My furnace was turned off last evening by PGW because the tech said that it was carbonized and needed to be cleaned before it could be turned back on. I called them because I thought my CM detector was going off, but it turned out to be my cell phone needing to be charged. Oh Well!! That mix up saved me from eventual carbon monoxide poisoning. He came and I showed him a problem I was having with my heating system making noise. He was a very nice gentlemen. He gave me a quote and I told him I would decide what to do. I appreciated how he explained things to me honestly and his diagnosis. I was very happy with his work. I purchased a Big Deal for a heating service call & half hour diagnostic.
