Everything went very well after I rescheduled the service. The technician arrived on time and did the inspection. Technician did a very thorough inspction of my boiler. He pointed out safety issues that should have been addresses when the boiler was installed in 2012. He did not suggest that I have Green Electric do the work, but pointed out the things that were most critical. The technician was a little late but overall thought the service was very professional. Our unit is on the roofdeck so he had brought shoe covers to protect the wooden floor with him. He was very good about taking them off before stepping out on the roof deck and putting them back on when coming back into the house. He explained the issue with our system and answered all my questions which showed he is knowledgeable about the work. They did the work for a settlement, and were able to do it quickly and efficiently even though I was out of state. Seemed honest and fair. Did inspection of heating system. Diagnosed problem and made repairs.

The provider promptly phoned and set up an appointment with my tenant. The provider was punctual for the appointment, assessed the problem and phoned me to let me know that the electrical was fine but the tenants dryer was pulling 28 amps (significantly higher than it should have and that the dryer needed to be serviced/ replaced).
