I originally purchased a "Big Deal" to have an annual furnace service. However, prior to their arrival my furnace starting to turning off and would not turn back on unless I turned the furnace off and turned it on again. It was during those 2 very cold days and I was worried I would not be able to get a technician to my home. It went well they told us that the pilot light should be blue and ours was yellow. They took care of that and very professional. I would hire them again. <em>they cleared all the dirt from the furnace and relight the pilot because it was dirty. </em>

He was great. He was very nice and pleasant.He kept me informed of his timing. He was terrific! He did a heating tune up, he checked the burners, he cleaned the flame. He checked the high and low voltage. I purchased a filter and he went ahead andinstalled it for me.

This was for a rental property when the tenant called with issues with the thermostat and the furnace kicking on and off. Green went in and did their $59.00 inspection and service on the furnace. Other companies charge $100 just to show up. They put a new thermostat in and it solved the problem initially but then the problem continued. They determined it was another issue which they repairedand gave us a $200.00 credit for the thermostat. They were very fair, trustworthy and professional. It was fine. They did come on time. I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of Green Electric Heating & Cooling. They just reviewed our heating and cooling system. They cleaned out our heater and cleaned out around our air conditioning condenser unit and gave us some suggestions for the maintenance in the spring.

Perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everythingwas professional and friendly, from the initial phone call in making the appointment to the technician that came to the house. He was on time andexplained everything he was checking and doing along the way. Hegavesuggestions for running the system more effectively.We felt that he even did a few things over and above the normal check up. Performed a check-up of the furnace system.

They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. While inspecting the furnace they found that the shut off valve w as not working. I asked if they could take care of it and they made an appointment to come back and replace the old valve with a new one. Again he gentleman arrived on time and took care of the issue promptly and efficiently. He was very professional and I would hire this company again. I was very happy with the service that Green supplied.They came to clean inspect and tune up my furnace

Green's was responsive, called when they said they would call, came when they said they would come, did not leave the house for another job, and were pleasant, polite and professional. I highly recommend them. Green's plumbers fixed my heating system, installed a new circulator and air scoop and generally tuned up the system.
