Great service tech! He educated me on what exactly he was doing as well as what he thought about the condition of my unit and how to keep it running in tip top condition. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this company! $59 heater tune up

I contacted the vendor right after I purchased it on 11/25/13. My tenant could not wait until 11/27/13 and asked someone else to troubleshoot the problem. It was so minor that it took about 3 minutes. I called Green Electric to inform them that the problem had been handled and they said it was okay and suggested that I contact Angie's List to get a refund. The work could not be done since the heater was beyond repair. The service man was very professional and explained to me the problem with the heater and provided me with a competitive quote. While I choose another company to do the work, I definitely would consider Green Electric for future services. I purchased the $59 furnace inspection and tune up for my heater.

.It went well. The electrician arrived promptly evaluated the situation ( I had caused a circuit to break while getting rid of leaves) and made an appointment for two days later at noon. He later called and changed the time to 3. .He did the work as he had planned.in a professional manner. Increased amperage and replaced line in garage. Installed grounds on 2 receptacles in family room.

It went very well. Green told me up front what the approximate cost would be and provided me with a two hour window of when the technician would be at my house that day. The technician contacted me and showed up an hour earlier than expected. The technician walked me through the entire process and explained the tests that he was running and what the expected results should be. I already knew what the problem was but it was nice to have someone run tests with the proper equipment to rule out any other issues. The technician r... read more

Extremely competent, professional and courteous service provider. Was able to fix faults and dangerous patches of former provider. Would allow in my home anytime. Quality and great price. New AC unit, new copper lines and new electrical lines.

Last weekend I came home late one night and the house was freezing inside. After I attempted a few starts, all I could do was get cold air to blow out of vents.
