Called me back promptly to schedule the appointment. Service tech was competent and friendly and suggested adding an automatic feeder to our system in order to avoid the need to bleed the radiators in the future. Bled steam heat radiators throughout the home.

Set-up the furnace inspection at the discounted rate for Angie's List members, and they had the date I needed available. They called half-an-hour before arriving (so underrated - with dogs that have to be locked up in a bedroom for visitors, I really appreciate it). Polite, clean both in appearance and their work space, and no hidden fees or trying to rope me into spending unnecessary money. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and will certainly use them again in the future. Gas furnace inspection.

Green called the same afternoon after I purchasedthe service call and diagnostic deal on a Wednesday. I explained the problem which essentially was my heater would not start. They couldn't come out until Friday because they were booked on Thursday.We agreed on a service call between 8 and 11 a.m. Gerti arrived around 9:30.He promptly examined the unit after hearing my explanation of the problem and discovered the problem was the faulty pressure switch.He said he needed to order the part and would probably be able to install ... read more

I'm completely satisfied with the job performed. They were on time and finished the job in about 5 hours. The price was fair and they honored the discount from Angie's List that was being offered at the time. I liked that they put drop clothes down to avoid tracking dirt through the house during installation. I would definitely use them again. Installed new HVAC unit

He was able to confirm the fan was improperly wired. He went out to purchase the fan. He was kind enough to send pictures of the fans before purchasing it to make sure I approved. He re wired everythingand installed the new fan.He provided excellent customer service. Alight switch used for both fan and light would turn off the power on the second and third level of my home.

I used this company during the summer in a massive heat wave. They were the only ones who returned my call the same day and came out and fixed the air conditioner the following day. They also came on time. The only reason I didn't give them an A for price was because they replaced the outside fan motor for 800. I googled and it seems the cost would be around 400. He was professional, wore shoe covers to protect my floors when going in and out of house, told me what he was going to do and what he found at the end of the visit. Pleasant and customer satisfaction was important to him. Inspected and gave me an evaluation of my heat pump, also cleaned the filter.
