From the initial phone call through the end of the work, the company was responsive and professional. They were able to come quickly, which was much appreciated, as it was the first hot day of the year, and instructed us to turn the ac off ahead of time to minimize any freeze-up. The technician diagnosed the problem, but explained that he would need to return the next day because the system had not thawed sufficiently. The Installation went very well. Green's installer explained exactly how the thermostat operated and showed me the pages in the manual he left that also gave detailed instructions. Before he left he made sure I had no other questions, and if I did later, to just call their office. The work done was according to anAngie's List "Big Deal" which offered a considerable discount on the installation of a Honeywell Digital thermostat.

Great! We recently started an annual contract with Green Electric Heating & Cooling. To accommodate our service needs they modified the contract to include two additional filter service dates free (only cost of filter about $5 each). They were punctual and professional. We received our appointment for our cooling season service at that time. We were also offered a matching rate for electrical and maintenance service for our lights.

I'm embarrassed that I can't remember the workman's name. He was incredibly professional, and I look forward to him doing work on our home. We wanted to have an electrical outlet installed on the outside of our home. After looking over our electrical system very closely, he explained that the load on closest circuit was already heavy. He was great. He came at a point that my aunt, who was my adopted mother died. I told him what was going on. He worked so quietly and very respectfully. He asked me the things that needed to be asked. He was kind of very low-key. He was in and out of here. He did a great job. He was very professional and responded to my call. He was very good at his job. He even gave me an extra outlet cover that was not part of the promotion. He didn’t charge me the extra $25 for that. His price was great. The furnance wasn't working. Called in the morning and service man was on time for afternoon appt. He said the problem appeared to be the thermocoupler which he quoted at about $180. Furnace worked fine after part was replaced. The work was done promptle and professionally. I recommend this company. Great experience!

Everything went very well they even gave me some tips on things to do myself and some other things that should be done including a new thermostat and On Off switch on the heating system. They came out to clean / inspect my furnace and found I needed a thermocoupler since the heat would not stay on. They were able to do the work since they did have the parts needed on the truck, thankfully since it would have left us without heat during a cold snap. After discovering that my 30 year old furnace would not start I called Green and spoke to Gerti Tefa. He stated that he would come to my home the next day , and he arrived one hour EARLIER than promised. Mr. Tefa was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.He thoroughly checked out the furnace, and got it up and running.
