It turned out that I didn't need service, but Green was great. They were quick to make contact and get us scheduled. They were also very flexible and accommodating with my schedule, going the extra mile to make sure our needs were being met. I got a refund for the deal because we didn't need it, but I would absolutely work with them in the future. I bought an offer for A/C tune-up.

I made 2 purchases with them. The 1st went ok; however we initially had timing issues.The work was very good when we finally connected. with The 2nd purchase, i am STILL waiting...

To start, when I called Green Heating and Cooling, someone actually answered the phone. I know this seems like a minor thing, but I would say very rarely happens when I reach out to contractors in Philly. The woman I spoke with in the office scheduled an appointment for Gerti to come out the next day at a time convenient to my schedule. Cleaning filter in SubZero refrigerator. The worker could have had a bit more knowledge about SubZero because there were some other issues, but he was professional, prompt and easy to work with.
