I called company and my call was promptly answered and the girl was pleasant and helpful. I was told a tech would call me within an hour to set up an appointment, which he did. Due to work i had limited hours in which to meet with him and he was very accommodating and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. The tech arrived within the allotted time frame. The serviceman from Green Heating Cooling & Electricarrived early, maybe 15 minutes since he had finished his previous job. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He had a helper/trainee with him. They brought in their tools and went right to work. He said that my furnace filter needed to be changed. He did not have one my size. He told me the size and how to replace it. I bought one the next day and easily installed it. I thought my garbage disposal needed replacement because it wouldn't turn on. Called a plumber who upon inspection found the problem was due to lack of electric power and couldn't fix it. Called Green who came over the next day and confirmed the problem was a defective switch. Work was done quickly and efficiently.I have been using Green for the last 5years and they always provide timely, efficient professional service. Supplied and installed a single electric switch
