My appointment time was 8-10 and at 945 they called to tell me they were running late and at what time they'd arrive- and they did.They did a super job- cleaned, let me know I needed a chimney liner (and showed me the photo to illustrate why) and then looked at every one of my radiators, A couple of them need some looking into, and one has a leak- he gave me a thorough overview of what needed to be done and what could happen (especially with a pipe that could bend or break), how long I could wait to have it done, etc. We dis... read more

It went great, they were also nice enough to also reconnect one of the air vents that got disconnected from the family room floor vent. Check out and tuned up the furnace.

It went great. They were able to work around my schedule, and they were punctual and professional. They even put up with my crazy dogs. An A/C tune-up is obviously pretty routine for them, but I would happily have them back if there is an issue in the future. A central A/C inspection, cleaning & tune-up.

These guys were responsive, called us when they were late, and easy to work with. Inspected and cleaned out furnace. Repaired one duct.

. Inspection & cleaning I knew that the furnace needed some attention since it's over 20 yrs old. It's nice to know that the furnace is safe to operate and that we may get a few more years out of it. The furnace is working better than it has in the last few years and I feel more comfortable learning about its operation and I now have a reliable company to call on when needed.
