I got 2 quotes to replace the sewer drain line in the rear of my house. Guaranteed gave me an estimate that was $1000 less than what another plumber wanted to charge. Bobby and another plumber got right to work the next day and started replacing the old sewer line. I had to leave the second day for an appointment and when I came back the work was completed and they had left. The area was left clean and neat and the work they did was excellent. LET ME TELL YOU OF MY NIGHTMARE STORY. I CAME IN FROM WORK TO FIND THAT MY WATERHEATER HAD BLOWN UP IN THE BASEMENT.I CALLED GUARANTEED PLUMBING AND NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET A PHONE MACHINE I GOT A REAL PERSON ON THE OTHER END.THE OWNER MR. SLIFKIN CAME RIGHT OUT HE TURNED THE HEATER OFF DRAINED THE WATER OUT .AND HELPED ME CLEAN UP THE MESS. WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT?
