Ivan is truly a Daikin expert! After another air conditioning company had failed to diagnose the problem with my Daikin mini-split unit, Ivan quickly determined that the condensate pump needed to be replaced. Sophia promptly scheduled the replacement visit and Ivan and his assistant Yuri made the necessary repairs with courtesy and efficiency. Anyone who needs service on a Daikin unit should call Sophia and ask for Ivan. Million per cent!

Angel service rep came out on a Sunday morning, arriving only 45 minutes after I called for help. He worked for a few minutes to diagnose the problem, showing me every step of the way his game plan. He told me the repair time and cost, and was right on. Courteous and clean, I would have them do work for me again!

Prompt and efficient service!
The technician was very profesional. His diagnose was that I needed to change the filter. He told me that if that doesn't work I can call them again. The HVAC worked for 3 days, when I called them again I was told that after 24 hours I need to pay again. The technician came for a second time and did additional procedures, the diagnose was the filter, however the filter was cleaned. It didn't make sense.
