The company had a quick response to my needs and the technician Christian was on time he provided good communication and suggestions on how to identify problems with my machine.
Christian came out last night and had the right equipment to repair my dryer door. He thoroughly explained the problem and had suggestions for maintaining my machine.
Christian and Greg immediately identified problem with the dryer, explained everything and fixed it very quickly! They even vacuumed up the excess lint. Overall a positive experience!
