We had used C&C in 2008 to install a new roof and new skylights on our house (cost: approx $20,000.) They were professional, responsive, neat, and timely in all aspects. Last year, we had a tree fall on the house. They came out the next day to inspect the roof, then tarped it even though there were no visible holes, then replaced several shingles that week. They are very consumer-oriented. The crews were good and they even worked on Sunday because it was going to rain on Monday. The cleanup was really good and they picked up every price of shingle in the area, and also went around the house with a magnet to make sure that they got everything cleaned up. The roof looks really good and the guys were very efficient and quick.

I called the office of C&C on Tues. 4/1 and was actually greeted by a very friendly human! That alone was a nice touch. My information was taken at that time and I was told that someone from the company would be at my house on Wed., yes, the very next day, to take a look at my roof. Just as promised, Dennis showed up, did an inspection of my roof and gave me a call at work. He went over his findings and gave me some important information on my roof. It was great. Two gentleman did the job.The were clean and quiet. You wouldn't even have know they were there if it wasn't for the plugs in the walls where the insulation was blown in. We instantly noticed a temperature bump and less usage of out heating system. I will have them back when I am ready to do the downstairs areas that need it. <br />

Came on time and made the installation as agreed. So far the gutters have remained clear and there have been no problems.

The repair went very smoothly. We were able to keep in contact with Jeff during the various snow storms. The roof had to be clear in order for the repairs to be completed. <br />

Jeff Albert came to our house to provide an esitmate and was nothing but professional and prompt. He investigated the roof and was able to provide pictures and descriptions of the issue. He spoke in terms I was able to understand. He was very knowledgable and scheduled a time within a few days to return. He came back to make the repairs on time and we have not had a leak since, even with all the snow on the roof. Thanks for the great service Jeff and C&C.
