They wereOKwedidn'tgo with them because the package they were offering my house did not qualify because of the pitch of my roof and would cost more money. The gentlemen was very nice and professionalism.
Overall from the sales rep to the workers everything was great. Everyone was courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone! <br />
They were prompt and professional. Called to confirm, called while on the way, etc. They did find some minor "issues" which could cost us $400.00, but also pointed out that our roof is 24 years old and most need to be replaced at 25 years. We are opting to hold off on the minor repairs. <br />

Through the discussion I asked about a quote for a new roof and the rep went back up to the roof to accurately give that quote. First meeting was to come over and take a look in the attic to make sure the provided fan was going to be enough for the space. <br /> Second visit was to actually install the fan. The job was done while we were not home. <br /> I didn't like that they put a banner in my lawn without my permission. <br />
Everything went fine. The servieman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. <br />
Al from C&C check my attic space and determined that additional insulation had already been installed and that I may instead want to add an attic fan. His honesty and professionalism were very refreshing and I will request a refund through Angie's list. <br />
