Their bid was 20% less than any of their competitors'. <br /> We stipulated that the entire job would be done in one day. They agreed to do it, andthey did it. <br /> Due to legitimate weather problems the original start date was changed. We were kept informed and a new date was set. <br /> There was an additional one-day delay because weather had delayed the completion of a previous job. Again, they were polite, they kept us nformed, and they agreed to do the job on a Saturday to limit the second delay to one day.

The C & C salesmen were prompt, professional and responsive toemails and phone calls. I received bids from several roofers and the C&C price was in the middle of the pack. A few bids were much higher. A few were just about the same price anda few were a little less. The fact thatneighbors had C & C install their roof about six months earlier and they were satisfied helped sway my decision. Great overall experience - will definitely use C&C in the future. Original appointment was 11/28. Received a call thatmorning that appt had to be rescheduled. Called the next day and got the job done. The gutters look great and they did a goodjob cleaning up around the perimiter.

Every thing went well. 4 workers showed up early and went right to work. They worked hard and all day and got the roof done in 1 day. I inspected the work and was impressed with their craftsmanship. They actually did a better job than the old original roof. <br /> They cleaned up as they worked and left the grounds around the house clean.

They were on time, worked very hard and long in intense heat. Cleaned up nicely and were in general very proffessional. I had a few things I thought might be a problem addressed quickly by the supervisor. <br /> The roof had a real test with Irene and the remnants of Lee and it held up perfectly, and no leaks.

The manager Chris Weselovscame out first to talk about the job. He took the time to explain the job. The workers came over and were neat, clean, and professional. They are always prompt.The workers were quiet and respectful. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that they had been here. They were careful with my plants and other property. This was on an 80-yr old house, and at that point it seemed like every time we had work done there was a surprise that cost more money. When I spoke to a manger at C&C about the issue,I fully expected them to tell me that they could fix it, but it would cost more. Instead, they said that since they couldn't be sure if it was like that when they got there, or if it had happened during the work, they would fix the problem for no additional cost. C&C Roofing & Siding are Master Elite Carpenters as recommended on the GAF (major shingle manufacturer/supplier in the NorthEast) website. We found them very quick to respond to our request for a bid. Chis, who handled our bid and scheduling was very knowledgeable and the bid was very detailed and specific, itemizing each and every type of material they would be using.
