Chris (the plumber who was sent to handle the job) was all that he should be, punctual, polite, informative and efficient. I've seen Goodman trucks around the neighborhood quite a few times, so I knew I didn't have to be shy my old masonry row home. Scheduling and install was a breeze, I have no complaints, can't wait to get them back in the Spring. <br />
When I decided on calling a plumber, I called Goodman since they're not far from where I live. They called me a couple days ago to schedule appt, giving me the 12-4 pm window. Dennis called me at 11:20, and were there before 12. Dennis and his asst were friendly and polite. Dennis asked me relevant questions, and snaked out my kitchen drain. Found an old rag in there! Problem solved. I would recommend Goodman to anyone who needs a plumber.
