The job went well.
Two very professional men. George did the removal and connecting while an apprentice assisted George. Both were excellent to deal with. The work was done to absolute perfect standards. I grew up in a hardware store and have met all sorts of trades people. My father could also do anything the right way himself. While I would not have done this myself - I do know good workmanship. I phoned Goodman at 7:30 am to ask about their drain clearing services. I explained the issue and I was told that they'd have someone out in a few hours. At 9 am Ryan called to let me know he was nearly at my home. Ryan was courteous and explained what he was going to try and he let me watch, because I'm into knowing what's going on. He talked me through the process, gave helpful tips on maintaining the drain and successfully cleared my drain. He credited me for the Angie's List coupon and he made no mess. Late on a Saturday night, we had the ceiling in our first floor dining room sag and, ultimately, fall as a result of water damage. Since it's directly below the second floor bathroom, we pretty quickly identified that as the culprit. I thought the plumber was very knowledgeable, and the service was good. But I'm just just going with someone else because the quote for some other things that needed to be done was to high.
Called as an emergency due to water leak. Called back quickly and came on time. Very pleasant and professional and explained what was happening thoroughly, including estimated cost of repair. Had issue with one toilet and came back promptly and fixed it.
I ended up having to request an earlier service time. They did their best to accomodate me. The drain experts came out and made the necessary repairs. The owner himself called me later in the day to make sure everything was to my liking, I was very impressed by that. I would recommend this company in the future. <br />
