<br />I called Goodman today, and they were so responsive with same day service! Mike was a try professional along with his apprentice. They spent an hour and a half diligently working on a outside drainage problem that had been a source of multiple issues including soil erosion. The price was more than reasonable, and I would absolutely use them again! <br />

I got them from Angie's List. They called me back promptly, they set up an appointment, they gave me what I know to be a good price because my insurance agent had given me a range, they worked within there, and the assessment was below that range. They were on time and they did more than they got paid for. They were fabulous! They were excellent in every respect. I would refer them to anybody I know.

We used them a couple times. We had another plumber in and we forgot to replace our hot water heater. The heater started making lots of funny noises and you could hear the hard water bouncing around in it. Our old last plumber was too expensive when we asked for a quote to get a new water heater so we went withGoodman Plumbing who charged us $750. I had toilet backing up in basement. I called them late afternoon. They asked if I needed someone out this evening. I said yes. They said they would call the plumber and get back to me. They called me back and said plumber would be out within half an hour. He was. he came and unclogged drain pipe for me. The whole process was swift and professional. I had used them in the past and would recommend them in future. <br />

It has not recurred so that is always a good sign of a good job. It was actually my neighbor's drain which I share. I don't remember the cost because this happened last year. But it would not have been outrageous or I would have reported that to you long before now.
