We called Hirschberg because our A/C was not working at all. They had a technician out within an hour! They serviced our A/C and had it up and running again in about an hour. Great people, very friendly, and honest. They will be our only HVAC company from here on out. I highly recommend! Thanks again!!!

Rob and his team did a great job. I was away on a work trip when are air stopped working. My wife was able to reach our to Family Heating and Air and they were able to come out that same day. Had the parts for the repair and able to get us up and running. Will be are go to company for in the future. They really do treat you like family. John
