We used your service to and from the Philadelphia airport. In both cases the drivers were early, incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. All went very smoothly until we checked in with the TSA! They should take a lesson from your drivers...
As always, service was on-time, professional and courteous, however, the chauffeur (Faba) who picked us up at PHL was EXCEPTIONAL! Our plane was late arriving and a rep from King called while we were disembarking to tell us our driver had arrived. Faba met us at baggage claim; helped one of our older passengers to the limo so she could wait in comfort, and then returned to baggage claim and helped us with our luggage. He was the best!
