I cannot stress this enough: this is the best roofer in the Philadelphia area!! Philadelphia Quality Roofing was my 15th contractor I received a quote to diagnose a few leaks we were having in our 10-year old, walk-out roof. UPDATE: The work done by Philadelphia Quality Roofers did not fix my leak, despite their assurances that the leak was "definitely" coming from my roof. In addition, when I had work done by other contractors to correct the leak, they had to correct the pitch of the flashing that PQR put up because it was installed incorrectly and making my leak WORSE by aiming water directly at my house rather than away. These guys are great to work with! Our stucco remediation company recommended them for the related roof work. Super nice and helpful. They were happy to answer all of my questions about the different roof products (TPO, bitumen, etc). Our previous roofer totally botched the capping he was supposed to do as part of our stucco remediation, but Philly Quality swooped in to fix it and then took over the rest of the job.
Philadelphia Quality Roofing did a great job on our roof deck last year. The team is very professional and detail oriented, and worked fast to get our new roof installed before a lot of heavy rain was forecasted. Would definitely recommend Tom and his team!
I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and the whole team at Philadelphia Quality Roofing. They are super communicative. They show up on time. They do an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.
