Philadelphia Quality Roofing replaced our fiberglass balcony about 2 years ago and we had a great experience working with Tommy and his crew to address a number of issues. Recently contacted them again to replace our roof. We had another great experience. The work was done quickly and the new roof looks great.
PQR is super. They came out, really innovative ideas and advice, got samples quickly and then the installation was fast, easy and clean. I'm super happy with Tommy and the crew. Fantastic work and certainly our roof top tiles are extremely nice. We are enjoying it. It gives the space a totally new feeling. The color is Philly Taupe.
I had a multi-year issue with a leak and I tried many different solutions before realizing I needed to call in the real talent. Philadelphia Quality Roofing came recommended by an old pal so I reached out. Working with them was great and I was very happy with the results. So far, our problems seem to be a distant memory and I can’t say enough about how great Lynsey, Tom and their team are. They care about the work and want happy customers. I’d highly recommend them!
I cannot stress this enough: this is the best roofer in the Philadelphia area!! Philadelphia Quality Roofing was my 15th contractor I received a quote to diagnose a few leaks we were having in our 10-year old, walk-out roof. UPDATE: The work done by Philadelphia Quality Roofers did not fix my leak, despite their assurances that the leak was "definitely" coming from my roof. In addition, when I had work done by other contractors to correct the leak, they had to correct the pitch of the flashing that PQR put up because it was installed incorrectly and making my leak WORSE by aiming water directly at my house rather than away. I've taken my 2-star rating down to a 1-star; my biggest regret of 2024 so far is trusting PQR with this job. Based on my ... read more
