William was my repairman. I called the appliance doctor this morning and they said they would have someone out here today which I was surprised. Within an hour William was at my door, unfortunately the repair would have cost $800 for my refrigerator so I opted to buy a new one. He was so pleasant and I had just cooked up a big pot of ham and bean soup and it was just in time for Williams lunch so I gave him a nice big container. He was so grateful. We have always used Appliance Doctor for our appliance repairs. They diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. They come the same day or next day and arrive within the window of time given. Price is reasonable. A plus is the $25.00 coupon towards the repair. Tony did a great job repairing our range. Thanks!
The Appliance Technician showed up promptly. Was clean, and courteous. All that was needed was a minor adjustment to my dishwasher rack, and no replaced parts. I was glad that I didn’t have to pay much more than the agreed service charge. A quick, and honest transaction!
