The plumber was timely, very professional and helpful, but it was determined the leak fromthe 1st floor ceilingwas probably related to the roof orcaused by deteriorationin the brick on the side of the house. Plumber put us in his schedule quickly. He was punctual & performed the work well. He lacked a little professionalism with the trainee he had helping him that day (lacked patience with him which was not the proper way to act in front of a customer). They were very expensive since this price was the labor only. <br />

I called for an estimate for a water line for a refrigerator and to fix a leaking tub faucet. The person on the phone was very polite and scheduled for the next day or so. The gentleman who came to my home, Bill, was respectful and explained what would need to be done. He answered all of my questions patiently. He gave an estimate and said he was ready to begin work immediately if I would like to move forward. I agreed. The water line was easily installed. I have had a problem with our plumbing since we bought the house four years ago. We have had three plumbers in, clean the drains, tell us it was cleared out and a while later have the same problem. Two weekends ago we backed up again into our house. At this point I knew I needed a plumber to come in and fix the problem once and for all. Goodmans came out, found the actual problem, fixed it and were done in two days. This was a big job and they had to do a lot of digging to find the piping. This is the second time I've used there service and Mike is a top notch person. I had just got my counter delivered that day and wanted to set up an appointment/estimate. I called and they made an appointment for Sat (only because it was the only other free day I would have). They called about a 1/2hr before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They looked to see what I needed done and gave me the price after calling their company. <br /> There were two guys. One installed the toilet system and the valve, while the other cleaned out the pipe under the wash tub. <br /> It took approximately 2hrs. When they were finished they cleaned up.
