I called them in the morning, they came out the same day and fixed the blockage in my bathroom. The plumber did a very good job, and reminded me of a $25 off coupon. <br />

The experience was fine, prompt and professional. because the job was very hypothetical the estimate seemed like it was highly inflated. <br /> I went for this company because they advertised ceiling leaks which led me to believe they worked with a contractor to repair the full scope of the leak from the plumbing to the drywall and if needed, a tile worker where applicable. This is not the case, the quotes are strictly plumbing related. <br />

From my initial phone call until the plumbers left my house I dealt with the nicest people who were kind and considerate of my time and made sure that there were no financial surprises. They told everything along the way from when they would arrive to what each thing would cost. I absolutely will use them again. I hope they are in business forever because they are now my plumbers. <br />

I called Goodman based on the good reviews I saw here on Angies List. Right from the start, their workmen put me at ease with their courteous, professional attitude. I can't tell you how very pleased I am with the service. Jim and Mike came when they said they would found out what was wrong and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. The snaking worked! It completely cleared the blockage and I saved almost $3000 from needing to replace the curb trap. They were the only plumber who even tried to exhaust other possibilities. They took the time to explain all of the possible scenarios. I absolutely appreciated their honesty and their efforts to try to save me the headache and cost of a curb trap replacement.
