They are really good at negotiating prices. They are pricey but the quality of work is outstanding.
It went amazingly well!! I found their name here on Angie's List, read a few reviews (hoped they had another person answering the phone than the other reviewer), held my breath and called. The woman who answered was professional and fast. She said that a tech would be out to my residence sometime that afternoon. I got a call from tech about 10 minutes later. Goodman came out the same day I called, inspected the problem. The project took 2 days (1 day to dismantle the old water heater and a second day to bring out a new water heater and install). They built a new ventilation system, fixed a gas leak, and even cemented up the collapsed chimney. They were professional, courteous, and friendly.

I had never used Goodman before but when our 50 yr old boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve day, they came out and spent most of the day trying to fix it. Parts for the old boiler were hard to find but they replaced the thermocouple in an attempt to get it working again. It did not work so we got estimates to replace the boiler. Their price was very competitive compared to the other four proposals we received. They installed the new boiler for us and did a great job. Of course plumbing professionals are never inexpensive but with Goodman I feel I am always getting a fair price and outstanding quality. George was my plumber the last 3 times I needed work and was great. He arrives on time, has good problem solving skills, double checks everything, and explains everything .
It went well. Mike cleaned the drains and fixed the toilet. I am very happy with the work that was done.
wonderfully, I spoken with the office and they said that the gentleman would be here as soon as possible (it was a holiday eve). the gentleman arrived in a jiffy and completed the job in a timely manner. would use this company again. given high recommendation.
Sure enough Mon afternoon Nick the plumber called. He was very cordial and polite. Told him my problem. He went right to work. It did seem to me as if he had a hard time getting the bolts off or maybe he was just being kind since I could not do it. Nevertheless, he was a life saver. He put on the new toilet seat. HO, HO, HO.
