Nick Hollister was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he had to do. Job was done in a timely manner. When he finished he cleaned up. Goodman installed a sewer line in my mom's house in Kensington. What a great job they did. Goodman can be proud of their employees and their service. Thank you

Perfect. The woman who took my call was attentive and called me back as soon as she knew when the guys could come. They called half an hour before to give me warning. They arrived within 2 hours of my first call, removed old water heater and installed new one. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I was very satisfied. I have no idea about the price but it seemed reasonable under the circumstances. Would certainly do business with them again.

They charged me a service fee and then refunded it to me because I wasn't informed that there was a service call charge. I appreciate them making good on their word and they came right out.

Very nice crew!! In addition, home depot terchnician erroneously set up a new washer -the work was done incorrectly-they noticed this and replaced it.

Service provider arrived on time and went right to work. He seemed competent and completed the job very quickly. Everything went very well. I would definitely use Goodman's again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.
