This company was good at arranging everything but on the day of my wedding the drivers of both of our buses stayed later than they should've without saying anything (or being needed late) and just charged my credit card without notice. I followed up with at least 5 phone calls and the issue was never resolved. They said they would call back every time and never did. I would not recommend this service or use them again. Driver did not complete the full route at our wedding and dropped guests off at a different location. The company blamed a guest for "being in his ear" the entire ride which is what caused him to fluster and end the ride early. Received reports from several of our passengers stating that he might have hit a parked car. This was denied by the driver and company. Company would not issue a full or partial refund despite not completing job. Generally disappointed in services provided and customer service.

If there were negative stars I'd give a -100000. How do you miss quote someone and not honor your own mistake or at least make some attempt to make it right. Bad business wouldn't trust them

If I could give it zero stars I would. I normally don't complain and I am easy going. They falsely advertise and most of staff is incompetent. Management is rude and did not exhibit customer service qualities. I even spoke directly to the owner who said she would call me back and never did- talk about unreliable. Don't use-save your money. Office is dirty and unorganized with unexperienced kids "working"- no value in customer service.

The A/C was not working on a 89 deg. day in the black Hummer. The driver checked the controls and still didn't work. The driver did not report the problem at the time or after the trip. I called the office to report the problem on Monday. The employee said I will talk to the driver and will call you on Tuesday. That never happened. I sent an email to the CEO. No response. Hard to believe a company like this has no interest in a customers satisfaction. I'll bet the A/C works in their office and personal cars.

Let me just start out by saying that I have used the services of J&J previously and was impressed. The reservation process was top notch and Kristia did a fantastic job in arranging our transportation...having said that...the driver was HORRIBLE! His english was very broken, he was unaccomodating, would not leave the air on in the bus for our wedding party while we were having our pictures. We had a horrible experience with this transportation company unfortunaley. The bus driver left the hotel late and got lost so half our guests were 40 mins late to the wedding ceremony and so everything was pushed back and rushed. The driver also refused to take a pregnant guests back early even though the company had promised he would do this.
