Let me just start out by saying that I have used the services of J&J previously and was impressed. The reservation process was top notch and Kristia did a fantastic job in arranging our transportation...having said that...the driver was HORRIBLE! His english was very broken, he was unaccomodating, would not leave the air on in the bus for our wedding party while we were having our pictures. We had a horrible experience with this transportation company unfortunaley. The bus driver left the hotel late and got lost so half our guests were 40 mins late to the wedding ceremony and so everything was pushed back and rushed. The driver also refused to take a pregnant guests back early even though the company had promised he would do this. I tried to call the company after the wedding to recieve some kind of reimbursement for the bad service but they refused and then threatened that their lawyer would come after me beca... read more
