My 85 year old mother felt so secure with him that we requested him for the return trip from NYC(the Met Opera House) to Princeton. Diane was very helpful with scheduling the service, she too was very professional & kind. She really listened to me which resulted in a beautiful experience for our trip to the Met Opera House to see Misty Copeland perform Swan Lake.
